Skin problem
I have been experiencing small red spots on my cheeks since last November. Initially the redness was more, but now since a month it's pinkish but I get it when I sweat due to too much heat and oily face. Also I have small scales on chin and cheeks. Can anyone help me to know what this is? Can it be cured?

Some times recurrent rubing causes trauma to the epidermis and causes rashes or may be some products that u are using can cause photoalergis pl tell more about your application .stop all crams and use good sunscrean.
