Skin problem
I have skin problem it appears as hot weather or summer start and it disappear as winter season start...patches on hand , hard skin on hand , rough skin i have taken many medicine so far like teczine and other antibiotic .. for further detail i have upload picture kindly check and let me know please... this problem goes worse as humidity goes high in summer and disappear as winter start

You are having hand eczema, it may get worse by weather change.
Avoid using harsh alkali soaps, detergents, dish washing bars, etc as they may aggravate eczema.
Kindly revert back with image of whole hand for advice on medication.
