Skin problem
My 3 months old daughter has discolouration around her neck area. Entire body has single skin tone bt the area below jaw and neck has 2 skin tones. Attaching pics for reference. Shall I wait and observe as she is too young or is this serious and should be taken care of immediately.

Looks like pityriasis alba....usually go always in few wks....apply a moisturizing cream ....can apply mild steroid cream under supervision....
