Skin problem on foreskin of penis
I have attached the pic, it keeps on spreading, I feel itching whole day..

It looks like annular lichen planus to me, an inflammatory skin condition of unknown etiology.
This condition can also involve oral mucosa and other parts of skin, nails.
Treatment consists of topical steroids and antihistamines, and requires longer time to get better.
