  4. Skin problem on neck. Remove it?

Skin problem on neck
As per the photo attached i am suffering from these rashes which are swelled slightly with small solid bubbles which are itchy for 2 days then i applied ring guard over it and it stops itching.can ring guard completely remove it? Or should i go for another option .i also consuming itraconazole from 2 days .
