Skin problem
Reddish dry skin around eyes, itchy n swells sometyms. Also dry n scaly nose, peeling of scales from nose. Used to take cetrizine but its not so satisfactory. Do I need any allergy test or blood test which will let me know the condition.

What you do need to do is visit an allopathic dermatologist near you. The image you have uploaded is a very unclear image. A thorough examination is required. It seems likely that you might have angioedema. A dermatologist will help you try and figure out why this is happening. Only a cetrizine will not work for you.
