I got injury on foot thumb nail during childhood. But from last one year the pain was extreme,foot started turning red and later found difficulty in walking.the leg would become senseless while walking so i visited doctors and din't got sollution.so then i consulted a local ayaurvadic doctor and he told thin vein was damaged now it is blocking the circulation of blood.so he gave medicines by which the skin near the nail burst . And he is saying dead vein will come out. Is it possible ?

You are suffering from ingrown toenail.. Medicine available for good improvement......As the treatment varies depending on the severity... Send photos of the affected area, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
