I came to ladakh few days back from bangalore and since then i started getting red rashes on my skins near my thighs & lower abdomen areas. There is huge difference in terms of temperature here ( -2 degree ) and not sure if this happened due to that reason or something else. Attached recent pics. I am currently in ladakh so any advise about skin cream or medicine would be helpful.

You are probably suffering from fungal infection of skin known as tinea cruris infection. Treatment is available in the form of antifungal tablets and creams which you will need to take for a period of 4 to 6 weeks.

Fungal infection or Ring worm.. when occurs in groin, called as jock itch.. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity..
