Skin redness and pimples
I have 3 to 2 pimples and many red spots on right side of my face the left side is completely clear . I am 16 years old n I live in the middle east.

Dear Sir I would love to help you but I am not aware about the brand of the cream that will be available in the Middle East and I do not know if you'll be able to get them over the counter. You can try to get cream containing Nadifloxacin which has to be applied over your pimples that you have in the morning time. At night before you sleep you can apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5% green over both the cheeks every night. In addition you can also try to get a face wash which contains 2% salicylic acid.
