Hi, i have some red pimples on my skin behind my neck ,on hand and some other part as well when i go outside or temp high its start itching and i am unable to wear cloth also its feel like irritating i am applying one of medicated powder but no relief for ur reference i am sending some pics once look please suggest what medication should i take or treatment to be follow.I will be highly thankful to you.
