Skin spots problem
I have mild acne and some skin spots on my face. My Dermo suggested using tretin-0.05% every night. She also suggested to ethiglo face wash. But my skin looks very dry and I couldn't find any difference. Whether mild peeling is safe and can solve my problem?

Tretin is making your skin dry. Other alternatives are available. Peeling is good bit not very helpful in mild acne. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment advice.
