Haii.. Dis is ram my age 28..in my neck so many small small skin tags coming.. Why it will come... What is the problem please explain clearly and ointment for that

You have not only skin tag but also Acanthosis nigricans around your neck that suggestive ov ongoing Insulin Resistance .
Next Steps
Check your weight , do your Blood Glucose OGTT and HbA1c to rule out diabetes mellitus . avoid sedentary life style
