Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi Everyone, I am suffering from skin warts for my right hand thumb finger. Recently I have removed them through burning. But again it is growing in different place near by to the old one. Am applying salactic acid to it. Can anyone please help me for the permanent solution to it.
