Skin wound injury
My husband fell from bike and got scartch and wound near elbow 8 days ago applied ( betadine ointment, neosporine but not find much difference and using megaheal and healing is quite slow and it seems some yello pus like substance today over wound plz advice what medication to use is it infection I have also use praffin chlorhexidine dressing for first few days but it was getting moist and I don't cover with gauze as it sticks and peels of the covering and hurts plz advice plz should My pain is getting better do I need some other medicine plz suggest Earlier also I had this type of injury but it had healed with a week but now its taking lot of time

See as per the picture Don't worry Its deep wound And the yellow thing you are seeing It's a part of healing Will suggest u keep it open No need to apply anything Take Tab chymoral forte 3 times in a day one tablet Take this for 10 days Rest anything else u can ask

If not allergic to Ciprofloxacin then can start tablet ciplox 500 mg two times daily for 7 days
