I am unable to sleep till 4-6 am in the morning and get up around 11 am.. Earlier I used to sleep before 11 pm..But now my sleeping schedule is Disturbed..This delay in sleep is happening since last five days..I know I am in Normal condition.i am able to do my daily works as usual. I practice yoga and meditation.i am not under any treatment. My brain looks over energetic to sleep. I want to change my sleeping schedule back to 10 pm -5 am cycle. I am unable to do on my own. The problem is not chronic but started just 5 days ago. I am in dielamma about when to seek treatment. Should I wait for one more week or consult a doctor on immediate basis.

Hello....... Rather than hours of sleeping need of sleep is more important.. If you feel drowsy because of sleepless you are suffering from insomnia if you are energised even after lack of sleep then it's not problem because yoga, mediation decreases need.. These practices energise one ..
