Sleep distubing
Not getting sleep daily after 2 am onece I wa ke up. Mind is running with small small problems of day to day life activities. Tried hot water bath,hot milk,yoga before sleep. No other health complications like bp, sugar etc. Kindly help. Thank you

Don't sleep in day time. Brisk walking for half an hour in the evening. Take light dinner. Drink a glass of hot milk before going to bed. If awake read a book on your favorite subject.

You should try to avoid thinking too much.. just relax... Plenty of fluids you have to take daily, physical exercise is must.. finish your dinner 2 hours before your sleep, reduce screen time.. Follow all these you will get sleep..
