Sleep paralysis n false awakening
I have problem in sleeping, a similar pattern of dreams keep disturbing me. I dream Somethings horrible then I try really hard to break that dream n wake by realizing that I'm dream, but once I wake up I only then realise I was dreaming in my dream. But breaking this dream is so hard coz it confuses me between reality n my dream.. On the process of waking up I slip into sleep paralysis multiple times in a row, I literally will be screaming from the inside to wake up but it's so hard n tiring, sometimes scary too.. Once I wake up completely my body shivers for hours, especially my fingers and my legs shivers like crazy, I can't even hold my phone or type anything to that extent. is there a proper reason why this is happening? is there way I can get out of this myself by doing something? or consulting a psychiatrist or psychologist is necessary?
