Sleep problem due to antihistamine meds
I m suffering from jock itch nd ringworms in neck.So I was given Terbinafine 250mg and Allegra 180 pills.Also ketoconazole cream for d infected area.The problem is that I am unable to sleep at night.I think this is linked to Allegra as I read dat insomnia is a side effect of it.I have no problem going to sleep at morning(after 9 am).I take terbinafine at morn and Allegra at night.So allegra might be d culprit.Should I stop taking it or any alternatives can I take lyk cetirizine,Diphenhydramine

Its very rare to have insomnia due to Allegra.
