Sleep quality
I have been sleeping late (between 1 and 2 am) every day for the past few years. And I usually wake up at 9 or 10. Of late, I have been going to bed early (between 9 and 10 pm) but I'm still not able to wake up early. My goal is to be up by 7 am. Is there something I can do to help?

There is nothing serious, it's biological clock resetting, it will take little bit of time, after some time every thing will be normal.
