Sleep related issues
I get a lot of dreams at night sometimes almost through out the night and at times during a brief nap in the afternoon, and in the morning i am phsically & mentally tired. I understand that this could be sleep related problems. My query is whether the dreams could be reduced by medicines. I am also following sleep hygiene guidelines. Kindly help.

First, if you remember dreams, if us a sign that you hadn't had a sound sleep.. Learn and practice to have a sound sleep. You don't require medicines for this You only have to develop some good habits and discipline.
