I m 28 year old.. I m sleeping 5 hours only every night.. Because I m doing 10 hours job and studying also so.. Advice me.. Is it ok to sleep 5 hours? Give me proper guidance ..

Of course it's ok that u sleep for 5 hrs as long as you have a comfortable and rejuvenating sleep. Until less sleep hours is something that is bothering you in terms of symptoms and affecting your daily life... it's OK.
Next Steps
take out at least 15-30 min to meditate if you sleep less.
