Sleeping alot
Hey !! I am sleeping alot from last 1 month and if not disturbed i can sleep more (11-12 hrs or plus) . I am trying very hard to get up early but its a mammoth task for me now. I have pcod ,am overweight and free these days. Kindly help

Hello Friend, good that you are seeking a help here.. Excess sleep and other mentioned symptoms are sign of depression in your mind. As you body and mind are interconnected even physical distress like PCOD, weight gain etc can easily influence your mind with depression . Dear mam Thanks for your query. Please see a doctor as your fatigue and sleepiness could be due to physical health problems like thyroid problems. You may need a blood test. Once the physical issues are taken care of see a psychiatrist for a detailed psychological evaluation and Treatment. Your symptoms could be due to depression which can be treated with medications and therapy. I am hopeful that you will feel better with right treatment and support.
