Sleeping Disorder
I am not being able to sleep for the last few nights.. Initially I feel sleepy but after I lay down I can't sleep and remain awake for hours untill I finally drift off to sleep..Even after I fall asleep I end up walking up due to nightmares, nightmares related to loss of my family members or problems in relationships.. Also other than this,I feel I suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder.. I am not sure if it's true but I feel..I go through mood swings, from extreme happiness to extreme sadness..I end up crying.. But sometimes i don't even know that why I m crying..Tears become very difficult to control and I get the pins and needles sensation in my palms.. Please help me out..I really need to figure out if I suffer from any kind of mental disorder..

It seems you are quite distressed by your emotional ups and downs. Sleep disturbance may be a symptom of underlying mood issues. Please see a psychiatrist who will diagnose and treat accordingly.
