Sleeping disorder
I have a severe problem of sleepless nights. Actually my exams are going on so I need to get some sleep but just opposite is happening to me. I don't feel like sleeping at all, remain hungry at all the times, minor headache. What should I do.......?

U r stressed and anxious about the exam. Anxiety precipitates sleep disturbance. Sleeping and taking rest is just opposite to feeling anxious. Our body refuses to give rest wen v r anxious. Try to relax by doing some deep breathing relaxing exercises.
