Snoring is more of physical issues but disturbed sleep can be red later to anxiety. Worrying too much about future. Or thoughts in background about some incidence can contribute to your anxiety. This has a complete treatment plan in CBT and can be very helpful if the action plan is followed. A sleep history questioner can be helpful. Pre assessment is required and then a proper treatment plan for insomnia.
Next Steps
See a psychologist online/ in person
Health Tips
Worrying about sleep will add more oil to the fire of thoughts. So also focus on days when you sleep well. Take support from a psychologist it would be helpful as sleep is required component.
