My internal biological is disturb since 4 months even, before the same problem,
I don't sleep in day time ever but not able to sleep till 2- 3 AM at night for 4 months i am preparing for bank exam i need to study atleast 12 hours a day , i have completed my college this june 2018, now i am living alone on rent for preparation for entrance exam , please help me to restore my sleep cycle, i live in Dehradun

Sleep could be disturbed as you might be facing some stress related to exam .It is advisable that you try scheduling your day by including study hours with enough breaks in between to relax your mind . Practice some mind relaxing exercises along with physical exercise.Eat healthy diet, engage yourself in some pleasurable activity .It would be beneficial if you consult a clinical psychologist for better management of symptoms through regular counseling session.
