Sleeping issues
I am unable to sleep. I don't cover the sleep cycle properly. No matter how much I get tired mentally but still can't. My eyes feels heavy my mind feels tired hut still can't. Can you please help?

Avoid taking caffeinated drinks after 5 pm, decrease screen time after 9 pm, try tab meloset 3 mg at 9 pm for 20 days.
