Hi , I am 26 years old woman and have been facing with sleeping issues for quite some time now. To combat these issues I have started exercising in morning or afternoon, sleeping early, meditating , going to bed earlier than 11 pm without fail, eating on time, having vit D tablets too as I was feeling low all the time due to no reason for weeks and months.
Now that my habits are on track my major issue is I am not able to feel fresh in the morning and get up early which is what I intend to. I sleep for an hour or two more than yet I don't feel refreshed. Even if I get out of bed I feel lousy and sleepy.
Please help as I am a student and I want to be able to stay attentive and active to study for long hours. Other than that my concentration and focus is really good. But the sleepiness wears me down and makes me highly unproductive. I don't sleep in the daytime yet this happens every morning.
