Dear Ma'am,
Till 5 Am or more I can't sleep in the night and in the morning I sleep all the time..More importantly I am suffering with head ache when ever I am awake..sleep disturbing my studies please do suggest me a way.

First do think much about exam or studies at night go to sleep early and get up in morning and go for studies do some relaxation exercise before going to sleep .if u still having difficulty consult psychiatrist near by you
