Sleeping problem, gets hyper sometimes

Hi my sister has sleeping problem , she wakes up in middle of night screams, and sleep walk. She has period occuring irregular, she has mood swings, she suddenly gets hyper for small issues. Because of her low performance in education she thinks all of these are happening. Please suggest whom to consult and she needs career consultation too.
