Sleep disturbance can occur due to a lot of factors like stress,anxiety,depression also physical health conditions like chronic pain. Try doing sleep hygiene techniques like keeping your room comfortable, restricting use of caffeine,nicotine and alcohol, restricting your screen time, practicing regular exercise and meditation. Please see psychiatrist for further help if your problem still persists.
