I have sleeping problem since 2 months so I have Consultaning the doctor he was given alpazolam 0.25mg one tablet sheet .i have seeing sheet there is no expire date in sheet, so what I'm doing pls tell me Sir

Alprazolam will not solve your problem first of all...As since 2 months you didn't sleep well..one should find out the reason first...there could be multiple reasons... Depression.. anxiety.. substance use.. online excessive use..etc....So Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...you can direct Consult also to reach us ... regards
