I have terrible sleeping problem which have started suddenly for the past 1month... Before that my sleeping was normal... how can I get my sleep back ?

1. Don't consume caffeine (tea, coffee, cola etc.) late in a day.
2. Reduce day time naps.
3. Try to sleep and wake at consistent time.
4. Exercise regularly, but not before bed.
5. Increase sunlight exposure during the day.
6. Don't consume alcohol specially above 30 ml.
7. Optimize your bed room environment and temperature.
8. Don't eat late in the evening.
9. Relax and clear your mind in evening.
10. Take a shower in the evening.
11. Don't eat any liquids before bed.

Sleep disturbances are common problems and can occur once in a while
Whether any recent changes in work sleeping time whether it is delayed onset or interruption in sleep etc need to be assessed. If any organic causes or related to hormonal abnormality need consideration.can consult through practo chat if needed
Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it.
U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning.
Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light
Do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly ur sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience.
