Sleeping problem
Sir. Due to some incident which happen in March I was in much stress and I could not sleep. From that time till now I am not able to sleep well. I have to drink alcohol for getting a proper sleep of at least 4 hours. Please help me as it is also affecting my body as my weight is increasing proportionally.

Hello. As you said there was a factor that impacted you and affected your state of mind due to which you are unable to sleep well. If the cause factor is not dealt with appropriately it will continue to hinder you. Through counseling you can talk about what had happened and can even find closure for the same. Once you talk about it and bring out the feelings, you will feel relieved and be able to sleep better. All the very best.

Hello, Alcohol is known to cause sleep disturbance. Moreover alcohol with time will develop tolerance i.e. you need to take alcohol at a higher amount to get the same effect leading to alcohol dependence. Sudden withdrawal of alcohol can again cause sleep disturbance. With safe detoxification you will be better.
