Hi
I am 19 years old and I am a student of undergradute.
I find very hard to sleep at night even though I try so hard in order to wake up early in the morning.
Before 12:00 am I couldn't able to sleep peacefully and then I usually hard to wake up at 7:30 in the morning
This happen more then 3 months to me .
Please do let me know whether this is a disease or just I am too tired or depressed about my life activities

Hello... I understand your situation, based on the history you have given I think you should know that human body require atleast 6-8hrs of sleep.. Without that a person will be irritable, drowsy, difficulty in recollecting recent things if severely sleep deprived, peeson feels easy tiredness... So I suggest you to do some morning brisk walking, meditation and yoga to destress.... There are certain hospital which has sleep clinics who can address your issue kindly visit that center... Good luck...
