I am an UPSC Aspirant and I am not getting proper sleep from past 2 months . Also I am facing anxiety and restlessness. I usually get short sleep duration and get up at the slightest of noise. I am not getting sound sleep. Please help.

Taking medications for sleep is the worst advice anyone can give you, which is like taking a short cut for a long term problem. Best advice i can give, if you really want to solve your anxiety and improve your sleep is to meet a clinical psychologist he will help you overcome your anxiety and sleep issues.
