Sleeplessness and dry throat
There is no perfect sleep since two months. I'm not feeling sleepy and I'm waking up several times during night. Although throat dryness also troubling me. I think it was a psychological feeling because there is nothing in the blood reports and ECG . I'm feeling anxiety or fear during night may result in increase in BP. Will it be serious problem?
