Hi I am having problem while sleeping. I can not sleep at night I try very hard to sleep but for some reason I can't. It take 3-4 hour every day before I get sleep due to this I sleep 4-5 am in morning suggest me any medicine that can help in sleeping

Since when r u having this. Is it every day or sometimes. Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it.
U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning.
Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light
Do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly ur sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience.
