Hello.. There can be a lot of reasons for not getting proper sleep. Current situation is one among them. Try to eat healthy, lots of fluids, exercise and more over stay positive. Avoid TV, phone atleast 1hr before sleep, avoid caffeine drinks before bedtime.. Keep a schedule for sleep(go to bed on a scheduled time and wake up around same time every day).
I know it is easy to say than practice.. If you have tried all the above measures and still having trouble we need a proper detailed history and lab work and if everything good we can consider low dose sleep aid meds as needed, but remember those medicines I wont recommend on a daily basis..
