Sleeplessness
I can't sleep. It is usually 15-20 mins of sleep in the day and very rarely at night. It has been over a month.I have taken medicines but they seem to work just for a day or two.Sometimes I think that I am sleepy but when I go to bed I can't.It affects my health. I feel tired and hyperventilated all the time.I keep thinking about the things that went wrong in life and how I could have changed it all.I can't get over it. I don't know what to do.
