I canot sleep well because am anxious about sleeping,always I think can I sleep can I sleep that is why could not sleep. My duty is shift wise that is also a broblem.

Thinking that I can't sleep is one of the biggest reasons for disturbed sleep.
Write your thoughts regarding sleep. Then try and write more appropriate responses. E.g.. Relax. It is not in my control. If I get sleep it's fine. If not there is little I can do about it.
If I don't get sleep today I can sleep tomorrow.
Rest shift work can definitely disrupt sleep. See if Yoga nidra helps you or if you need a pill to help you sleep.
