  4. Sleeplessness. It before food or after?

I don't get sleep either during the day or even at night.... Normally sleep around 3-4 am and wake up at 7:00 am. I have prescribed to temporarily take ZOLFRESH 5MG but doc didn't specify if after food or before food.. just mentioned 9pm. Can you please tell me if I should take it before food or after?
