Sleeplessness
I used to be deep sleeper but from last 2 weeks I haven't been able to sleep properly. I sleep like I'm always attentive and wakes up at every 1.5 or 2 hours due to any small disturbance. Also it takes me almost an hour to fall asleep, there starts thought coming everytime I try to sleep, I start rhyming songs in head.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to have a light dinner, avoid eating spicy foods in the night. Avoid coffee and other stimulants in the night and the condition should improve. Infact have a small piece of chocolate and it  will help in having a good sleep. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
