My father has been facing issues related to sleep. He often complaints that he is not able to sleep continuously. He gets almost the same dream everytime. He is retired army man. His dream is always about some war is happening around him. He is a perfectionist and always complaints about others and short tempered. He strongly believes that he is always right. He is facing the sleep issue for last 10 years.

Hi I. Am Neuropsychiatrist. First of all detailed history and evaluation is needed then according to that mild non benzodiapenes should be added with mild dose of antidepressants.... As his premorbid traits seems to be ocpd or narcissism interpersonal issues would be there...
