Sleepy related problem
I am 34 year Old male.height 172 cm and Weight 100kg.The problem with me I can't sleep more than 3-4 hours from last 1 wee and feeling tired.Please guide me.

Hello,
Tab clonazepam1 mg at 9-9.30 pm walk five minutes or so, no TV no gossip no news paper, switch off lights n go to bed.
