Slept Bad. Now my neck & shoulder hurts.
Couldn't sleep very well one night, so I changed my position to flying superman - on my belly, left arm below the pillow. Woke up to a hurting neck. It hurt sharply when I took deep breaths. The pain subsided as the day progressed and I stopped worrying about it. It has been four days now.   Yesterday I it hurt bad when I was trying to sleep. The pain is on the left side of my neck, upper traps, as far as side deltoids. My left arm feels weak. The intensity changes, but the pain is persistent. Blocking my nose and blowing out my belly still hurts where my neck meets my back, at a point towards the left side. The whole affair is getting annoying at this point. Can anyone tell me what I should do?
