Sliding hitus hernia
My endoscopy report: Sliding hiatus hernia with distal erythema .GEJ at 38cm.no stricture,varix My rapid urease test is positive. Doctor what should I do..can I get better by medication. I am very scared. Can I get my life as before..?? please doctor help me..I have attached my endoscopy report with it..I want to Live a normal life..can I..??

At this stage it can be treated by medicines if hiatus hernia problem is more severe then it can treated with operation

Erosive Gastritis esophagitis reflux hiatal/ sliding hernia are all inter related and part if same disease complex. Diet and lifestyle are key Treatment components. Any medical treatment can fail, reccurrance are common without diet and lifestyle changes.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. plant based diet is the ideal diet.
