Slight anterior pelvic tilt
I hv developed a anterior pelvic tilt, i dont pain but my spine in lower back feels too straight & feels it is getting more pressure than before while sitting, what should i do , in xray as such this is minute tilt it is hard to see it , i feel short legs too ,Advice any exercise or sleeping position

If you do not have pain there is no cause for concern However if you send the x rays it will be helpful Shirtless cannot be lengthened But skipping will be helpful Sleeping position on your side's will relieve stiffnesz
