Slight dislocated L5S1
Slightest dislocation found in L5S1 ,in MRI scan ,Do I need physiotherapy???I have booked a appointment of a Doctor scheduled on 30th June.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hello..! Yes definately physiotherapy will work good.. but prior u need to visit orthopedician then continue for physio..! Mobilizations, static and strengthening exercises will do wonders.. Visit nearest physio center..! Thank u.

Yes ofcourse physiotherapy is the key,it will help you strengthen the weakened muscles and give a permanent effect,medicines will only provide pain relief for sometime Plz clarify your question Is it a disc prolapse or dislocation of joint?
