Dizziness while reading with or without headaches may be indicative of optical errors or eye sight problem (subject to confirmation). However, if you are facing associated symptoms of ringing in ears, difficulty in hearing, imbalance on standing, nausea, vomiting, difficult concentration then it may be indicative of inner ear diseases like Meniere's disease, Labrynthitis, Benign positional paroxysmal vertigo. All the above inner ear disease conditions can be effectively treated with Homoeopathy right from the root cause, thereby reducing or preventing relapses without any side effects.
